Add Website Shortcuts on Windows Desktop with Internet Explorer

  1. Open the "www.ai-cctv.com" web site in your Internet Explorer.
  2. Right click on the blank space of the page and select "Create Shortcut".
  3. A pop-up window will confirm this action "Do you want to put a shortcut to this website on your desktop?"
  4. Left click on YES.
  5. This action creates the shortcut on your desktop.

Look on your desktop. There should be a new icon that resembles your browser icon for the web page you just created the shortcut for.

Note: If you open the shortcut you made, your default browser will open, and display the page for which you made the shortcut. See How to Change the Default Browser in Windows if you need help.
